O'Brien Energy Consulting is owned and run by Francis O'Brien. He is a professionally qualified engineer since 1990 with experience in various disciplines, including product design, manufacturing, construction and software. He provided Domestic and Non-Domestic BER certs since 2008 and in May 2016 became a Domestic BER Auditor.
